Forum Innovate (“the App”) helps merchants add a community forum to their Shopify stores. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when merchants install and use the App.

Information the App accesses

The App accesses only the data required to provide forum functionality, including:

• Shopify store information
• Customer account identifiers (for logged-in users)
• Forum content such as threads, replies, images, and embedded media

The App does not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is provided through normal use of the forum.

How the information is used

• Display forum content within the merchant’s store
